Vagabond Warriors Functional Fitness Mini-Circuit

This short 2 minute round functional fitness circuit of 6 stations is designed for the development of generic martial arts techniques. In this instance the students are developing hand strikes. Those attending are of various abilities, experience and age. The stations for this functional fitness circuit at "Vagabond Warriors" are. 1. Odd-ended bar bell - developing strength in the hook hand strike2. Drop bag and strike - developing the the delivery force for a straight hand strike3. Side oblique life and strike - developing rotational strength and impact for hooks4. Striking bag with a stick - develops impact force for hooks5. Press-up and strike - develops impact and structural strength for straight strikes6. Resistance band - developing structural and delivery strength for straight strikes
