About the event
For over half a year Cotswold Karate School came to me with a very bespoke mandate: bring the benefits of Muay Thai to Karate. Over a series of personal training sessions I worked with their chief instructor. We stepped off his Karate path and into Muay Thai, where he was immersed in the learning the various tools of this art. This wasn't a case of learning an art for its sake. Like Odysseus from ancient stories, he was on a mission back to his dojo, but I was going to ensure he brought a world of new challenges and experiences back. In this very special Vagabond Warriors seminar you will learn from those lessons, bringing the elbow strikes, knee strikes and far more back to one of Karate's most foundational katas.
