Self-Protection Remote Training
Remote training allows you to learn from virtually anywhere in the world with internet access. For self-protection training, this is a perfect way to acquire essential personal security, soft skills, and nonphysical skills. Hard skills can also be developed, particularly if you have a training partner.

Prevention Training
Through a combination of online videos, discussions, presentations, and case studies, I will guide you in creating practical behaviors to prevent violence. The soft skills involved include attitude, situational awareness, de-escalation, pre-incident indicators in predator, managing fear, and setting boundaries.

Interception Training
Even physical training can be coached online, if you have a training partner. This stage will guide you through effective games in preemptive actions, scaling responses, regaining the initiative, anti-grappling, combat grappling, and ground fighting. The bolt-on course covers weapon awareness and defense.

Recovery Training
Perhaps the most neglected area of self-protection education is not overlooked here! We on maintaining awareness, securing a safe environment, self-defense laws, reporting incidents, and addressing the aftermath all through a combination of presentations and informed discussions.
