
Triple C Fitness
If your main goal is to improve your overall physical fitness through martial arts, Triple C (Chimera Combat Conditioning) Fitness is for you! No sparring, just fun martial arts inspired exercises at your pace. These private classes are focused entirely on making you fitter with a firm foundation in cardiovascular health. Depending on your individual requirements, we can also bring in mobility and flexibility training, increase coordination, balance and dexterity, improve muscular endurance, tone/increase muscle size through hypertrophy exercises and develop greater strength. Martial arts inspiration can be focused on one single discipline or be a mix of Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling and Ground Fighting. We can even bring in some weapons work. Training can be carried out at our private gym or online from the comfort of your home. Like all CCMA services, these sessions can be booked for one-to-one, couples or small groups.

Martial Arts Circuits
The Triple C Fitness Circuits are an exciting and creative twist on normal exercise circuits. Hit heavy bags, run agility ladders using footwork and much, much more for both High Intensity Interval Training and steady state cardio.

Focus Mitt and Striking Pads
Be coached on combinations from Boxing and/or Kickboxing on the focus mitts, bring some Muay Thai on the Thai pads and strike shields or how about a mix of MMA drills and callisthenics for a well-rounded workout!

Shadow Boxing
Shadow boxing is an excellent solo training tool. However, Triple C Fitness takes it to another level with exciting and imaginative routines. Learn varied combinations and visualisation. These ever evolving workouts pool from Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and even grappling arts to keep workouts challenging and varied.
