Shadow Boxing Layering Routine for Boxing Fitness to Build Skill and Conditioning
Shadow boxing is often treated as a warm-up. That wastes it. Done well, it is one of the best ways to build footwork, rhythm, punch mechanics, defence and conditioning without needing a bag, pads or a partner. It also exposes weak habits quickly. If the feet stop, the boxing stops. If the guard drops, there is no bag to hide it.

Boxing for Kids Range Defence and Footwork Games to Build Better Skills
Kids learn boxing best when the lesson feels like play, but the play still has a clear purpose.
That was the theme of this private lesson. The children had already started building the basics, so this session kept the energy high while adding more feel for distance, sharper reactions, and better defensive habits. We used games first, then moved into more structured boxing drills, then checked everything in the mirror so they could see what was actually working.

Mastering Defence in Boxing Personal Training
My client started her second lesson in this Boxing Personal Training course. Having gone through self-protection and cross-training discussions in the previous lesson, she has settled on Boxing as a base art and hopefully will pursue a self-protection seminar next year.
