Strategic Muay Thai Personal Training with Teeps, Clinch, Feints and Counters
Tonight’s 1.5-hour Muay Thai lesson focused on strategy under pressure. No long combinations for their own sake. No bag work to hide behind. Every round had a rule that forced a decision.
That is where good training starts to look like fighting. A student can have a clean round kick and still freeze when the distance changes. They can punch well on pads and still fail to exit after a clinch. Strategy fills that gap.

War of the Eight Limbs 2 - Muay Thai Personal Training
Just as we discussed in our previous lesson, tonight's class with my most experienced client pitted all the various Muay Thai weapons against each other in a dynamic and engaging way through specific sparring. This form of asymmetrical fighting is particularly excellent for exploring how different ranges work against each other from a strategic perspective, allowing us to delve deeper into the nuances of each technique.
