Shadow Boxing Layering Routine for Boxing Fitness to Build Skill and Conditioning
Shadow boxing is often treated as a warm-up. That wastes it. Done well, it is one of the best ways to build footwork, rhythm, punch mechanics, defence and conditioning without needing a bag, pads or a partner. It also exposes weak habits quickly. If the feet stop, the boxing stops. If the guard drops, there is no bag to hide it.

Mastering the L-Step in Boxing Footwork Through Effective Shadow Boxing Drills (Remote Online Martial Arts Teacher Training)
Boxing footwork can make or break your performance in the ring. One of the most effective movements to improve your agility and positioning is the L-step. These drills not only sharpened technique but also enhanced fluidity and balance.
