Agility Conditioning for MMA (diary entry)

03.03.2023 Friday saw my client return for his second Mixed Martial Arts course. Today we decided to look at basic sport-specific conditioning. I focused mainly on ladder-based exercises and we covered stand-up and clinch: Chopping Shuffles - Ali, Ickey and Saenchai In and out jabbing - both sides In and out shin-checking Round kick triple cadence exercise - This is a deceptively complex exercise that teaches good round kick form as well as being able to maintain control Sprawl/Double-Leg - This became a lesson on fast double-leg recovery. https://clubbchimera.com/services/
