Ahead of my couple client's upcoming wedding, we decided to focus on some combat conditioning. This was an abrupt change from their Submission Grappling course, but met their needs keep contact down low but their fitness and skills still high. We used the following routine:
Boxing workout
Lineal footwork patterns layering on punches and head movement
Lateral footwork as above
Pivot with jabs
Muay Thai workout
Knee marching with variations
Teeps and shin checks
Punch/kick combinations
Wrestling workout
Box-step footwork
Sprawls
Single leg entries
Double leg entries
Submission Grappling workout
Combat base stand-ups
Bear crawls
Snaking/shrimping
Arm-bar hip switches
Sit-outs
Triangles
