on attacking with and defending shoots in MMA. We trained the following rounds: 2-minute rounds:

  1. Shoot Boxing

  2. Shoot Kickboxing

  3. Ground n Pound top

  4. Ground n Pound bottom

  5. 5-second clinching only (promotes shooting)

  6. Begin single leg position (right)

  7. Ditto

  1. Begin in single leg (left)

  2. Ditto

  3. Begin in double-leg

  4. Ditto
