Double Leg Takedown/Shoot with Cart - Functional Fitness

Functional fitness to specifically develop the action of shooting in for a double leg takedown or tackle. The resistance for drilling this move normally comes from from a pulling action and this exercise can be reversed and performed uphill. However, so long as the plane of resistance is the same there is no reason not to do it from the front. This is designed to replicate the resistance you will feel as you make impact with the shoot.
