26.01.2022 I was delighted to be invited back for the eighth time to teach self-protection to Kingham Hill. I had another two sessions to run and it was good to see a mix of returning and new students. We spent our time working on tactical escape drills, including cornering and catching games. Then we discussed setting boundaries and knowing when to strike against an attacker before escaping.
