13.01.2025 As the title for this blog post indicates, tonight's lesson with my couple clients consisted of games to encourage better inside and outside fighting. We are on hour four of our Kickboxing course. These were the 3-minute round constraints: 1-6: Straight techniques versus round techniques 7-12: Outside box versus inside box The first six rounds doesn't dictate who attacks and who defends, but it straight techniques, such as jabs, crosses and teeps, generally work best at longer range compared to hooks, uppercuts and round kicks. Rounds seven to 12 give the outside fighter the objective to hit and run whereas the inside fighter has the objective of defending their space with minimal backward movement. https://clubbchimera.com/services/
