28.10.20 Wednesday night's lesson concentrated mico-weight transference in footwork to be coordinated with speed punches. I then brought in some upper body movement and this led us on to set-ups for big movements. The gazelle punch works well off faking low jabs as it draws attention far away from a high attack from the side and also gives the puncher a lot of forward momentum. With the Bizarro Punch we also explored forward momentum but this time from a dead stop.
