14.02.2022 The tenth and final lesson of my client couple's course on the clinch focused on combination work. We warmed up with our relevant callisthenics and break-falls before we looked at three combinations to set up double-leg takedown, counter a sprawl and set up a single-leg takedown. The first combinations was arm-drag/double-leg takedown. This combination uses the reaction of the person receiving the arm-drag to set up the double-leg. The opponent pulls back and the fighter uses this momentum to aid their shoot. The second combination was countering a defensive move. The fighter shoots for a double or single leg whereby the opponent sprawls and the fighter sits out to take the back. The final combination uses a double-handed wrist-grab to set up for a single-leg takedown. https://clubbchimera.com/services/
