Muay Plam to Muay Mat (diary entry)

                13.02.2024 The final hour of my client's Muay Thai course mainly focused on muay plam strategies but also looked to incorporate it into the muay mat style of fighting. We used the following three-minute round format with time between rounds to discuss technique:

1. Clinch only

2. Clinch with sweeps

3. Clinch with knee and elbow strikes

4. Boxing versus clinch

5. Ditto
