Muay Thai General

My 1.5 hour client finally returned to the Muay Thai we had been working on before our deviations into Kickboxing and then Boxing. I decided to not have a particular focus on any particular area other than bringing in the engagement emphasis we have been doing in the other two arts. The result was marked improvement in all areas of Muay Thai. We followed this plan of 3-minute rounds:


  1. Left leg teeps only

  2. Right leg teeps only

  3. Left leg round kicks only

  4. Right leg round kicks

  5. Kicks only

  6. Boxing only

  7. Teeps and straight punches

  8. All punches and teeps

  9. Kickboxing

  10. Clinch only

  11. Clinch with knees and elbows

  12. Full Muay Thai
