My 1.5 hour client decided to review his Muay Thai, having not focused on that particular discipline for a while we trained the following rounds:


  1. Jab/teep

  2. Straight punches vs teeps

  3. Ditto

  4. Punches vs kicks

  5. Ditto

  6. Teeps vs round kicks

  7. Ditto

  8. Clinch - strikes vs sweeps

  9. Ditto

  10. Clinch freestyle

  11. Kickboxing

  12. Freestyle
