My 1.5 hour client decided to review his Muay Thai, having not focused on that particular discipline for a while we trained the following rounds:
Jab/teep
Straight punches vs teeps

Clinch - strikes vs sweeps
Ditto
Clinch freestyle
Kickboxing
Freestyle
16-minute high intensity interval training - alternating speed and power on the heavy bag
