Hour five of my client's Muay Thai course continued with restrictive training. This time we also looked at methods to increase speed. Training methods included sit-up punches, isolating straight and hook punches, punching from the wall, negative resistance band pulls, bare fist speed training and punching off the elbows. https://clubbchimera.com/services/
