14.01.2025 My client finished his MMA course with a set of six five-minute rounds working different areas:

  1. Boxing in MMA gloves

  2. Kickboxing in MMA gloves

  3. Shoot Boxing

  4. Shoot Kickboxing

  5. Ground 'n Pound

  6. Ground 'n Pound
