Specific Training - Strategy One versus Strategy Two on the cage

Specific training is placed firmly at the top of the "Hierarchy of Training". Here we take the Strategy One (creating and maintaining distance) versus Strategy Two (closing distance and controlling) and put it against the cage. Here the S1s are forced to battle their way off the cage.
