11.09.2024 My 1.5 hour client continued with his Mixed Martial Arts programme looking at areas that needed improvement as well as the ground. 1-minute warm-up games

  1. shoulder touch game

  2. one-for-one kicking

  3. double collar-tie game

  4. double underhook game

  5. take the back sparring

  6. standing versus ground - touch the head

  7. ditto

  8. MMA boxing within restricted space

  9. MMA kickboxing within restricted space 5-minute specific sparring games

    1. Begin in guard - stack against the fence versus stand-up before reaching the fence

    2. Ditto

    3. Begin in guard against the fence - sweep or stand-up versus get mount or land five uninterrupted strikes to the face

    4. Ditto

    5. Begin in mount against the fence - reverse or stand-up versus land give uninterrupted strikes to the face
