Hour three of my new client's Boxing course on Wednesday continued work on defence. We looked at head movement games and I introduced body sparring.
2-minute rounds:
One-for-one sparring within restricted area
No guard sparring
Body shot sparring attack vs defence
Ditto
Body shot free sparring
