In this post, I share insights from our recent lesson, where we introduced the uppercut using a constraints-led approach. This method encourages discovery through live practice and game-like drills, helping martial arts teachers find new ways to teach boxing effectively to their students.

Hinnerup Karate in Denmark booked me for an end of year remote Remote Online Boxing Lesson. I am training their teachers to teach the fundamentals of Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai to their students as part of their cross-training curriculum. This morning we looked at creating angles and working out of corners.
