As with the previous three lessons we followed the format of warming with freestyle work and techniques in the first 10 minute round, including footwork drills, head movement and simple combinations before the two lockdown partners hit the pads. Combination 4 is marked by the chaining of big movements, including a rear leg round kick into a shin-check then a superman punch and a pendulum shift into a lead leg round kick.
