
15.06.2023 My client's ninth hour of Muay for her third course took place at the new time of 7 a.m. This lesson took more the form of a full workout. We began with our usual muscle activation exercises and dynamic stretching before moving onto agility ladder drills. Round 1 - Boxing only on the focus mitts Straight speed punching active rest Round 2 - Teeps with jabs on the focus mitts and belly pad - setting each up with feints Squat and teep active rest Round 3 - Boxing combinations with round kicks on Thai pads Lunge and knee active Round 4 - Clinch with knees on the belly pad W Superman/shadow clinch and knee active rest Round 5 - Full Muay Thai on the focus mitts and belly pad Press-up and punch active rest Round 6 - Boxing sparring Sit-up and jab/cross Round 7 - Free sparring https://clubbchimera.com/services/
