"Hit and don't get hit"

Tonight's Boxing class brought my client up to the ninth hour of his course. Building on the previous class's emphasis on developing better range sensitivity, tonight we looked moving in and out of all ranges with a strong offence and defence.


The 3-minute rounds were as follows:


  1. Jabs only

  2. Lead hand only

  3. Attack versus defence

  4. Defence versus attack

  5. Outside versus inside fighting game

  6. Ditto


Heavy bag workout of alternating speed and power for 6 x 2-minute rounds.
