Muay Mat Angles (diary entry)

22.11.2023 This morning's teacher training for the Athena School of Karate continued our focus on the muay mat style of Muay Thai. We brought the following the combinations under close scrutiny: Jab, shovel hook, hook to the head, rear low round kick The above combination but with a shove before the low kick Cross, jab, inside lead low kick Each of these combinations emphasised the importance of cutting angles.
