Senior Personal Training Continues

Hour seven of my senior personal training course means that my client back onto strength and conditioning. As in previous classes, we stuck to the formula of using the big three lifts and a progressive pull-up routine.
The big three lifts were back squats, dead lifts and dumbbell bench press performed as a trim-set. Pull-ups are a goal of my client’s and also act as nice spinal decompression for back squats, a reinforcer of the pulling action taught in the deadlifts and an antagonistic exercise for the bench press.
