
25.08.2022 The fourth lesson of my client's seven lesson course brought us up to the 5.5 hour point. The session began with dynamic stretching, muscle activation exercises, agility ladder drills and shadow boxing drills. Then we began the workout in earnest: Round 1 - Teep exchanging 2 & 3 - Attacking with/countering against jabs and teeps Round 4 - One for one sparring Round 5 - Two for two sparring Round 6 & 7 - 1-2-3 combination attacks and counters Round 8 - Clinch/curve knee/sweep exchange Round 9 & 10 - Attack versus defence Round 11 - Clinch sparring Round 12 - Thai focus mitts The lesson finished with some PNF and static stretching to reduce delayed onset of muscular soreness. https://clubbchimera.com/services/
