Anti-Grappling Concludes at Athena Karate (diary entry)

01.12.20 Tuesday night saw the conclusion of my anti-grappling work with Athena Schools of Karate. Tonight we built upon the previous three lessons by applying strikes, eye gouges, head-butts, elbow strikes, sprawls and knees off the clinching position.
