Tonight my client completed his 10 hour course on Submission Grappling. This course exclusively looked at the basics from top position and its escapes. After our usual warm-up of dynamic stretching and sport-specific callisthenics, we went straight into 2 x 2 minute rounds of specific sparring from and against the top position. After this section, we went back over the heat-seeking kimura into the basic arm-bar. The lesson and course finished new material in the form of arm-triangle chokes side-control, scarf-hold and north-south pins. https://clubbchimera.com/services/
