Attacks from North-South (diary entry)

27.09.2024 My teacher client from Cotswold Karate School moved onto his third lesson tonight and focused on the north-south position. From here we explored a number of options under constraints-led games.

1. Seek kimura grip versus escape to turtle or dog-fight position

2. Seek kimura grip/arm-bar versus escape to turtle or dog-fight position

3. Seek kimura grip/arm-bar/north-south choke versus escape to turtle or dog-fight position

4. Seek all attacks from north-south or into side control versus escape to turtle or dog-fight position

As you can see, games evolved. Between each round I explained secondary attacks, contingency attacks and traps that were being revealed in the previous game, which could now be further explored in the subsequent round. https://clubbchimera.com/services/
