29.93.2024 My 1.5 hour client took a break from Wrestling and ecological dynamics with a 12 x 3 minute round of focus mitt work. We trained exclusively in Boxing focused on basics. The first six rounds had active rest spots divided into straight punches, hooks and uppercuts.

  1. Footwork only

  2. Layered in catching and parrying

  3. Layered in blocking

  4. Layered in shelling

  5. Layered in slipping straight punches

  6. Layered in rolling hooks

  7. Layered in pull and uppercuts

  8. Defence only revision

  9. Short combinations

  10. Ditto

  11. Body shots only (autonomous on the belly pad) with footwork

  12. Intervals of speed and power with 10 second rests
