Hour eight of my couple client's Boxing course continued our work "against the ropes". We repeated the previous lesson's routine of

  1. Defenders must keep back heel against the wall.

  2. Ditto.

  3. Ditto.

  4. Defender fights off the wall to a metre point.

  5. Ditto.

  6. Ditto.

  7. Fighting in clinch against the wall. Defender works to turn the attacker.

However, this time we went for 3-minute rounds. This allowed for more time to work on tactics and strategies. The purpose of the training is for my clients to improve in an area they haven't had any experience in up to this point.     https://clubbchimera.com/services/
