Chimera Kickboxing

My 1.5 hour client decided to focus specifically on punching and kicking tonight, a blend of Boxing and Muay Thai. We structured the rounds to accommodate these areas, making a distinction from conventional Muay Thai training.


10 x 3-minute rounds


  1. one-for-one punching

  2. one-for-one right leg round kick

  3. one-for-one left leg round kick

  4. jabs only sparring

  5. jab to the head, jab/cross to the body only sparring

  6. teep sparring standing on one leg (left)

  7. ditto (right)

  8. boxing sparring

  9. punches vs kicks

  10. ditto
