My 1.5 hour client decided to focus specifically on punching and kicking tonight, a blend of Boxing and Muay Thai. We structured the rounds to accommodate these areas, making a distinction from conventional Muay Thai training.
10 x 3-minute rounds
one-for-one punching
one-for-one right leg round kick
one-for-one left leg round kick
jabs only sparring
jab to the head, jab/cross to the body only sparring
teep sparring standing on one leg (left)
