My 1.5 hour client expressed an interest in better developing his kicks. I devised a series of games that pushed him to better utilise his kicks. When we reached round eight we I cast him as a muay tae fighter, although permitted to use all techniques his emphasis was to land big high-scoring kicks to the body and head. Playing the role of muay mat, I restricted myself to punching combinations and low kicks. In the ninth round I had him defend against a fighter seeking the clinch whilst using other tools. Front and back foot fighting assumes the roles of an attacker or defender respectively.
