Combination Spotlight Workout (diary entry)

27.06.2023 Hour five of my client's current Muay Thai course consisted of a workout with each round focusing on a different combination. During the active rest period we went through the next combination. The workout began with ladder drills covering footwork, coordinating punches with footwork and kicks. Rounds revolved around the teep, elbows, switch-kicks, kick-catching and knee strikes. https://clubbchimera.com/services/
