My 1.5 hour client continued his Muay Thai training with 12 x 3-minute rounds of randomised specific sparring. Six possible sparring constraints were listed and the roll of a die decided which one we would follow:
Boxing
Elbows
Knees
Kicks
Clinch
Free-sparring
We ended up training elbows and kicks more than anything else. It was a fun way to keep the specific sparring unpredictable.
Next we completed 6 x 1 minute rounds of interchangeably exchanging teeps to the mid-section and performing core exercises.
