06.03.2023 My client began her third Muay Thai course with a look at developing defence. We began in our warm-up focusing on balancing exercises and defensive reactions. This was then applied directly to our eight round workout. The pace was less intensive as it had been on previous lessons due to the amount of technical work I wanted to cover. Rests between rounds weren't active rest spots but rather discussions on areas for improvement and what was to be covered in the next round. Round 1 - Footwork only Round 2 - Defence only Round 3 - Teep attack and defence Round 4 - Attack and defence Round 5 - Attack and defence Round 6 - Clinch only sparring Round 7 - Free sparring Round 8 - Free sparring https://clubbchimera.com/services/
