Hour seven of my senior client's fifth boxing course and we decided we needed something of an evaluation through free-sparring, The most apparent problem appeared to be not handling the rear hand of an opponent. We took this as our theme through the rest of the lesson, using different constraints-led games.
Free-sparring - evaluation
Lead hand vs rear hand - client focusing on keeping away from the rear hand
Defence vs attack - rear hand only attack
