03.10.2022 Tonight was my client's eighth hour of her first Muay Thai course. We looked at sharpening up all the basic techniques taught. This included the lead hook punch, clinching footwork and putting more power into the teep and low round kicks. After we worked through four basic punch/round kick combinations, we worked on getting a better extension on the teep. This also involved getting the momentum right when swinging the same side arm. Going back over the clinch-work from the previous lesson, we looked at creating space and breaking an opponent's posture for spear knees. This is something I will go back over in the next lesson. We finished with the lead teep/rear low round kick combination. It's a combination designed to unbalance and an opponent by first send them back and then attacking their vertical base. https://clubbchimera.com/services/
