10.11.2023 Hour eight of my UKSO Cotswolds’ teacher client’s clinch course continued our work on the ankle picks. After a warm-up, we reviewed the nearside ankle picks using the elbow tie and the wrist grip. Next we moved onto the two far-side ankle picks.
