Having worked on attack and defence for a while before the randomised sparring interlude last lesson, tonight our focus went back to the all-important flow. My 1.5 hour client has now begun work on feeding better counters, looking for opportunities presented in a fight and making sharper decisions. The following 3-minute rounds reflected this new training emphasis:
