Hour three of my client's Submission Grappling course brought us onto setting up an arm-bar from the top position. Although this is a technique we have covered many times, I wanted to apply the live games approach to deconstructing it as I did with my client last Friday.
After a muscle activation warm-up, we did 10 minutes of flow sparring before moving onto the following 2-minute games:
Arm-bar completion position - attack and defence
Ditto
S-mount arm isolation - attack and defence
Ditto
