Senior Boxing Personal Training

On Monday my client returned to resume his latest senior boxing personal training course. One of the advantages of personal training is the flexibility offered for scheduling and rescheduling. He has had a layoff for about three weeks, but came back keen to train. Today we worked on footwork.

Basic shift step

Angled shift step (peek-a-boo style)

L-step

V-step

Then I focused on them through live training.
