Greco-Roman Round-up (diary entry)

04.10.2023 After two lessons off-topic, we decided to get back into and review the Greco-Roman Wrestling material before we progressed onto some Freestyle Wrestling next week. We went through two-on-one entries and defences, the pinch-headlock series, taking the back and various sag takedowns before exploring par terre attack and defences.
