Hook Sweeps & Ankle Locks (diary entry)

ankle lock diary

We warmed up with over-hook/under-hook pummelling, under-guard/scooting and drilled basic guard position transitioning, closed/spider/butterfly/half-guard/knee shield/Z-guard. Next we returned to the hook-guard and went over the basic hook sweep. This brought us on the straight ankle-lock, perhaps the most basic of leg-locks. The first two rounds began from an open guard position whereas the last two were closed guard. https://clubbchimera.com/services/
