


02.04.2024 Hour five of my client’s Submission Grappling class looked at working on the arm-bar and triangle choke from guard. We used a series of live rounds to work certain concepts. This began with just using the legs to control and opponent’s hips. Then we moved onto holding the wrists. This evolved into beginning from a loose arm-bar position.
