Kick-based sparring

My second lesson of the day was my 1.5 hour session with my longest training client, where we continued our focus on Kickboxing. We also retained our focus on kicks. 


These were our 3-minute rounds:


  1. One-for-one round kicks (right leg)

  2. Ditto (left leg)

  3. One-legged teeps (left leg)

  4. Ditto (right leg)

  5. Teeps vs round kicks

  6. Ditto

  7. Kicks only sparring

  8. Boxing versus kicks

  9. Ditto

  10. Straight punches and kicks vs hooks and round kicks

  11. Ditto

  12. Low kicks and boxing
